Roe Lee Park is a large primary school situated on the outskirts of the town of Blackburn. The school was opened in 1929 and since then has had many improvements over the years. Roe Lee Park had over 400 light fittings replaced with LED lighting saving them £5,958 a year on their electricity bills.
